ALGERIA-POLITICS-FLN-9TH CONGRESS
Algeria's former President Chadli Bendjedid (L) shakes hand with Secretary General of the National Liberation Front (FLN) Abdelaziz Belkhademduring at the 9th ordinary session of the (FLN) Party Congress, on March 19, 2010 in Algiers. In presence of over 3500 delegates, Belkhadem called on the French State to apologize to Algeria for the crimes committed against the Algerian people during the colonial period.
