In this picture taken on March 31, 2010, an Afghan elder (R) talks during a Shora in Sar Hawza district of Paktika province. All Afghans in the dusty eastern district of Sar Hawza want their NATO-funded clinic rebuilt -- even the Taliban, who would send their wounded fighters there for treatment. A gunfight broke out between foreign forces and militants holed up in the clinic last August, US military officials say, and a NATO missile obliterated a large section of the facility that the coalition had originally paid for.
