Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk attend a wreath-laying ceremony at the Katyn massacre memorial on April 7, 2010 in Katyn. Putin and Tusk on April 7 honored 22,000 Poles murdered 70 years ago by the Soviets at ceremonies in Russia's Katyn forest.
