Italian-flagged SDS Rain cargo, which has illegally dumped fuel in the Mediterranean sea yesterday off the coast of Marseille, is detained at the Marseille's harbour, southern France. The French navy rerouted the ship to Marseille, where it and its cargo were impounded by the coastguard pending payment of bail that can amount to several thousand euros, Marseille state prosecutor Jacques Dallest said.
