Outgoing Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus President Mehmet Ali Talat (C) walks prior to delivering a speech, on April 23, 2010, in Nicosia after Dervis Eroglu, the new president of the self-declared breakaway Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, was sworn in on Friday in the TRNC parliament in the island's divided capital.
