Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Social Affairs and Public Health Laurette Onkelinx (PS French-speaking Socialists) talks to journalists in the Belgian federal parliament in Brussels on April 29, 2010. The King accepted the resignation of the government, after it fell over the flashpoint issue of special rights for French speakers in Dutch-speaking Flemish suburbs of Brussels. The French speaking parties have to decide if and when they start an alarm procedure to stop or stall the possible vote on a split of Bruxelles-Hal-Vilvorde, at the chamber's plenary session on Thursday in Brussels.
