Philippine soldiers cast their votes manually during the government's last day of absentee voting program at the Camp Aguinaldo grandstand in Quezon City, east of Manila on April 30, 2010. Policemen and soldiers will vote ahead of the May 10 elections in major military camps and police stations nationwide from April 28 to 30 as part of the government?s absentee voting program.
