New overall leader Australian Michael Rogers of the HTC-Columbia rides during the third stage, a 23.4 km time trial Moudon to Moudon at the UCI protour Tour de Romandie cycling race on April 30, 2010. Former triathlete Australian Richie Porte of the Saxo Bank team won the stage ahead of Alejandro Valverde, of Caisse d'Epargne, and Katusha rider Vladimir Karpets.
