Illegal alien and day worker, Rom?n Alvarez, 27, from Oaxaca, Mexico,(who didn't what his face shown) waits on the curb outside a Phoenix, Arizona, Wal-Mart, looking for under-the-table employement May 2, 2010. He arrived in Phoenix, Arizona eight years ago looking for people to hire him for any work he can get, for as much as $10 dollars(USD) per hour. He might be able to send about $100-150 dollars a month to his family in Oaxaca, Mexico if he finds the work.
