Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu smiles during a press conference in his Jerusalem office on May 10, 2010 after Israel joined the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the exclusive club of prominent world economies, despite Palestinian objections to the inclusion of the Jewish state. Israeli Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz hailed as "historic" the Jewish state's acceptance as a member of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development. The organisation said "Israel's scientific and technological policies have produced outstanding outcomes on a world scale." AFP PHOTO/MENAHEM KAHANA
