Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal listens to a reporter's question in Venice, Louisiana on May 12, 2010 after a flight over coastal areas impacted by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Jindal reported that the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries had confirmed tar balls at nearby South Pass at the mouth of the Mississippi River.
