NETHERLANDS-PHOTOGRAPHY-POLAROID
This picture taken on February 12, 2008 shows the last batch of the last Polaroid-600 cassettes at the film factory building in Enschede, the Netherlands, after Polaroid filed for bankruptcy protection. Polaroid recently released a new instant camera and film on the market, similar to older models. Polaroid Corp was founded in 1937, and as popularity of the product began to wane in the 1990s, the arrival of the digital camera eventually broke the firm.
