US stocks followed other global indices lower on May 19, 2010 as markets balked at new German rules to curb market speculation.The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 130.74 points (1.24 percent) at 10,380.28 in morning trade. The tech-rich Nasdaq composite fell 34.81 points (1.50 percent) to 2,282.45 while the broad-market Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 14.43 points (1.29 percent) to 1,106.37.
