The union representing British Airways cabin crew won an appeal on Thursday May 20, 2010, against a court injunction which prevented planned new strike action from going ahead. British Airways had succeeded on Monday in obtaining an injunction blocking a five-day strike, which had been due to start within hours, by arguing the Unite union's ballot of its members was faulty.
