TO GO WITH Bangladesh-cyclone-migration-warming,FEATURE by Cat Barton
A Bangladeshi woman sits in her flooded home during tidal movements in Gabura on May 13, 2010. Cyclone Aila slammed into southern Bangladesh on May 26, 2009 and while the initial deathtoll was low, less than 300 people were killed , compared to 4000 by cyclone Sidr in 2007 ?a huge tidal surge destroy the network of rivers embankments .
