NETHERLANDS-AEROSPACE-DEFENCE-EADS-SHAREHOLDERS
French Louis Gallois (L), chief executive of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space company (EADS) shakes hands with EADS chairman German Bodo Uebber prior to the shareholders meeting held in Amsterdam on June 1. Gallois said on May 28,2010, he hoped to secure contracts with clients for the A400M military transporter in the next month. He said also the production pace of another problem-plagued EADS aircraft, the A380 superjumbo, had improved, and the objective remained to deliver 20 of the planes this year.
