The home of David Bird, who was shot dead by his twin brother Derrick Bird yesterday, is pictured in Lamplugh, Cumbria, north-west England, on June 3, 2010. Bird, described by friends and colleagues as an ordinary man who enjoyed a night with friends at the pub, shot three of his fellow taxi drivers at the Duke Street taxi rank in Whitehaven.
