Sheen must wait at least another month to learn his punishment for a domestic violence charge after a plea deal that would have sent the actor to jail hit a snag on Monday. Sheen, 44, had been scheduled to enter a guilty plea to a single misdemeanor charge at a hearing in Aspen, Colorado, following a Christmas Day incident where he allegedly held his wife Brooke Mueller at knifepoint.
