SWITZERLAND-FOOD-GASTRONOMY-BOCUSE
The Jury of the European Bocuse d'Or Championship (international culinary competition) give note after having taste meals of participants, in Geneva on June 8, 2010. During the two day long event, twenty young european Chefs representing their countries compete to win The Bocuse d'Or Europe title which is the last step before the World final, scheduled in January 2011 in Lyon, France.
