GERMANY-DESIGN-FESTIVAL-DMY
Dutch designer Arne Hendriks holds a foil with chewing gums sticking on it, marked with the names of visitors who chewed them, during the International Design Festival (DMY) on June 11, 2010 in Berlin. Hendriks collects the used chewing gums as inspiration for a "Chewing Gum Research" project which is still under development. More than 400 international designers present their prototypes and new products during the event running until June 13. The festival's main venue is Berlin's former Tempelhof airport.
