Belgian Archbishop Andre-Joseph Leonard gives a press conference to present the new bishop of Brugge, in Brussels on June 25, 2010. Former Brugge bishop Roger Vangheluwe resigned earlier this year, after admitting child sex abuse. The Vatican said Pope Benedict XVI named Jozef De Kesel in place of 73-year-old Vangheluwe.
