BELGIUM-EU-POLITICS
State Secretary for the Preparation of the EU presidency, Olivier Chastel (MR French-speaking liberals) (C), outgoing Belgian Prime minister Yves Leterme (R) and outgoing Vice-Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and Minister of Institutional Reforms Steven Vanackere (CD&V Flemish christian democrats) arrive for the presentation of the Belgian plan for the EU rotating presidency at the EU Headquarters in Brussels on June 25, 2010. Belgium will be taking over the EU Council Presidency from Spain for six months from July 1.
