Members of veterinarian Raffaele Ciampoli's team bring an injured horse for surgery into the operating room on June 21, 2010 at the Il Ceppo veterinary horse clinic outside Siena. For the last 20 years, the city of Siena has been sponsoring the clinic and pension for Palio horses.
