Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin wears sunglasses while attending the conference "Technology in Machine Building 2010" outside Moscow on June 30, 2010. Putin offered France an increased share in Russia's biggest but struggling carmaker in return for a stake in the French automaker Renault.
