Employees remove green algae on July 1st, 2010 from the Ris beach in Douarnenez, Brittany, which has been forbidden to the public by local authorities for the next two days. A campaign began in the beginning of May 2010 to clean-up France's northwestern coast line covered by mounds of rotting seaweed, which worry local residents and threaten the region's lucrative tourist industry.
