CHICAGO - JULY 20: Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich holds a mock newspaper handed to him by a supporter as he leaves court on July 20, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. The former governor was expected to take the stand in his own defense today but, his attorneys told the judge this afternoon that the former governor would not testify. The judge asked them to take time to think it through then recessed for the day. A final decision is expected tomorrow. Blagojevich has been charged with corruption including accusations of trying to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by President Barack Obama after Obama's November 2008 election.
