Cuban paraplegic dissident Ariel Sigler (C, seated) listens to his brother Miguel Sigler, a former political prisoner now living in exile in the United States, during a press conference upon his arrival at Miami airport coming from Havana on July 28, 2010. Sigler, who was held in a Cuban prison for seven years due to his dissident activities, was freed in June and allowed to travel to the United States today. Sigler was given a humanitarian VISA to travel to US for treatment. Sigler has faced a series of chronic illnesses and has been in a wheelchair since September 2008. AFP PHOTO/Juan CASTRO
