FILES-AFGHANISTAN-NETHERLANDS-UNREST
(FILES) In this picture taken on January 21, 2010, an Afghan boy watches as Dutch soldiers of Charlie Air assault company take part in a patrol through a village in The Chora Valley in the southern Afghan province of Uruzgan. Dutch troops were to leave Afghanistan after four years on August 1, 2010, handing over control of military operations in central Uruzgan province after a political row at home forced their draw-down. A Netherlands embassy spokeswoman said a small ceremony would take place to handover to an American-led coalition of soldiers. Around 1,950 Dutch troops have been deployed in Afghanistan under ISAF, mainly in Uruzgan where opium production is high and the Taliban very active. AFP PHOTO/Deshakalyan CHOWDHURY/FILES
