SAFRICA-WINE-ECONOMY-FARM
TO GO WITH STORY BY JUSTINE GERARDY- (FILES) A file photo taken on March 23, 2006 shows South African worker on the Durbanville hills, a few kilometers outside Cape Town, taking a break, on the corner of a trailer during the annual harvest. There are only a few black-owned operations in a high-end business that like most commercial agriculture is still predominantly white-owned 16 years after the end of apartheid minority rule. South Africa's skewed land ownership remains one of the most visible legacies of apartheid when blacks had no rights to the bulk of land that was classified whites-only.
