SPAIN-MOROCCO-DIPLOMACY-PROTEST

Moroccan demonstrators blocked trucks from entering Melilla today, Spanish media said, amid rising tensions between Rabat and Madrid. It was the second such protest in a week called to condemn the alleged mistreatment of Moroccans by Spanish police at the border posts of Melilla and Ceuta, another disputed Spanish north African enclave.
