FRANCE-GERMANY-WWI-HISTORY-CRIME
A picture taken on August 23, 2010 in the Champs-de-Manoeuvre cemetery in Laon, northeastern France, shows broken and uprooted crosses and a Jewish monument at the World War One cemetery for German soldiers, after drunken youths on motorbikes desecrated 73 tombs. The damage does not appear motivated by racism or xenophobia, a police source said. AFP PHOTO / FRANCOIS NASCIMBENI
