FRANCE-PROTEST-ROMA
A protestor holds up a sign that reads "For the humane and dignified family lives of Romas (in black)-Citizen Resistance (in green)-ADT Quart Monde (the name of a international civic group)" during a protest in Lille, France on September 3, 2010. Hundreds of protestors rallied to voice opposition of official French government policy which has lead the expulsion of Roma people. The gathering is a lead in to a day of protest "against xenophobia" slated to take place on September 4, in more than 130 cities across France, as well as in front of French Embassies in several EU countries.
