BELGIUM-EU-ECONOMY-FINANCE
President of the European Central Bank (ECB) Jean-Claude Trichet(L) talks with Spanish Finance Minister Elena Salgado (R) prior to an Economic and Financial Affairs Council meeting on September 7, 2010 at EU headquarters in Brussels. Trichet called on September 4 for Europe to hold a united position on refoming the International Monetary Fund.
