EU commssioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Dacian Ciolos and Austrian minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment, and Water Management Nikolaus Berlakovich (R) talk prior to an afternoon EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council on September 27, 2010 at the EU headquarters in Brussels.
