Fact-finding mission member chairman Trinidad and Tobago's Karl Hudson-Phillips sits before a press conference on September 28, 2010 after the presentation of a report on an attack of the May 2010 Gaza-bound aid flotilla before the United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council at the UN Office in Geneva. A probe ordered by the UN Human Rights Council said there was clear evidence to back a prosecution against Israel for killing and torture when troops stormed the six-ship flotilla leaving nine Turkish activists dead.
