FRANCE-AUCTION-PALEONTOLOGY
The skeleton of an Allosaurus dinosaur is displayed at Sotheby's auction house in Paris, on September 29, 2010. The Allosaurus, the Tyranosaurus Rex of the Jurassic Period, which is over 30 feet (10 metres) long, is estimated between 800 000 -1 200 000 euros. The auction, including other Prehistoric goods such as a complete skeleton of a Plesiosaurus, a carnivorous fish, sparkling giant crystals, and a Prehistoric Woolly Rhinoceros, will take place next October 5.
