John Hill dresses as Popeye as he joins over 1,580 costumed superheroes during the successful attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of superheroes outside the Staples Center in Los Angeles on October 2, 2010. The feat was judged by official Guinness World Records Adjudicator and Spokesperson Stuart Claxton and they required a minimum of 1,501 superheroes to break the current world record.
