BRITAIN-INDIA-ISLAMIC-AUCTION
A gem-set gold finial from the throne of Tipu Sultan, the Tiger of Mysore, is displayed at Bonham's auction house in central London, on October 4, 2010. This is the second such gold tiger head to be sold by Bonhams and will be included in the Indian & Islamic art sale on October 7. The finial is expected to sell for GBP 200,000-300,000, (EURO 230,780-346,170 or US 316,059-474,089), when it is auctioned as part of the 'Indian & Islamic Art' sale on October 7. AFP PHOTO/LEON NEAL
