A Comorian man hangs up a poster portraying presidential candidates on October 15, 2010 in a street of the Island of Moroni. Last month, the African Union representative to the Indian Ocean islands announced a delay of the first round of the polls set for November 7 due to financial diffculties.A second round of elections will be held on December 26.
