Indian contract labourers work on a stainless steel railway freight wagon at the Upgradation and Rehabilitation assembly unit of the Western Railway ROH Depot in Vatva, some 20 Kms. from Ahmedabad, on October 20, 2010. Some 90 stainless steel freight wagons have been refurbished in this depot since May.
