BELGIUM -TRIAL-CLOTTEMANS
Condemned Els Clottemans sits in the Limburg Assize Court in Tongeren, Belgium, on October 21, 2010. Clottemans is condemned for killing Els Van Doren, who died after her sabotaged parachute failed to open during a parachute jump on 18 November 2006, in Opglabbeek. Els Clottemans, who is due to be sentenced today, faces a maximum penalty of life in prison for the killing of Els Van Doren.
