FRANCE-STRIKE-PENSIONS-POLITICS
Ships have docked on October 30, 2010 at Lavera oil harbour in Martigues, southern France, where 16 ships following the end of its blockade by strikers. Workers at oil refineries, where industrial action in recent weeks had threatened to paralyse the country, voted to return to work the day after nationwide demonstrations brought only half previous numbers onto the street.
