NETHERLANDS-LITERATURE-MULISCH
This October 10, 2008 picture shows Dutch author Harry Mulisch in the Hague.Mulisch, author of such books as "The Assault" which spawned an Oscar-winning film, and "The Discovery of Heaven", has died aged 83, news agency ANP reported on October 31, 2010. Mulisch, who had been ill for some time, died of cancer at his home in Amsterdam on Saturday evening, ANP said, quoting his publisher, De Bezige Bij.
