A Tanzanian woman helps an illiterate woman to fill in her voting ballot for the general election at a poliing station oustide Dar Es Salaam on October 31, 2010.Tanzanians voted Sunday in elections which were widely predicted to hand a landslide victory to the ruling party of incumbent Jakaya Kikwete.
