TANZANIA-VOTE
Members of the national electrol commission (NEC) start counting Presidential ballots in front of the party observers in Dar Es Salaam on October 31, 2010. Tanzanians voted today in elections which were widely predicted to hand a landslide victory to the ruling party of incumbent Jakaya Kikwete.
