VENEZUELA-SPAIN-ETA-CUBILLAS
Members of the Simon Bolivar Coordinator demonstrate in support of alleged ETA militant Arturo Cubillas, in Caracas on November 3, 2010, day in which he is to appear before two Public Ministry public prosecutors as a witness in an investigation on his activities, following rumours of an extradition request by Spain. Cubillas, now working at the Agriculture Ministry of Venezuela, is accused by Spain of giving weapons training to members of the Basque separatist group, while in March Spain's National Court Judge Eloy Velasco issued an arrest warrant for his suspected involvement with both ETA and the Colombian guerrillas FARC.
