PERU-US-BERENSON-PAROLE
US citizen Lori Berenson walks before being granted conditional liberty on November 5, 2010 in the Santa Monica prison court, in Lima. Berenson served 15 years of a 20-year sentence for terrorism since 1995 after she was convicted as an accomplice to the armed group the Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement in planning to attack and take over Congress in 1995 during the government of then-president Alberto Fujimori.
