HUNGARY-RIGHT WING DEMO
A cap sits on the head of a statue of former prime minister and head of state during a short-lived Communist regime from 1918 and 1919, Mihaly Karolyi reading 'I'm liable for Trianon', as activists and sympathizers of the right-wing nationalist parlamentary party Jobbik (Better) remember the late Hungarian governor Miklos Horthy and protest in Budapest against Hungarian governor Fidesz party's policy on a new constitution. The Trianon name is a haunting concept to the nationalist policy in Hungary, referring the Trianon Palace in Versailles, the place of the peace agreement of WWI, where Hungary lost 72 percent of its territory and 64 percent of its total population, which was reduced from 20.9 million to 7.6 million.
