Ryo Tateishi of Japan competes in the men's 4x100m medley relay final in the swimming event of the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou on November 18, 2010. The Chinese team who touched first in the medley relay were disqualified after a few anxious moments because one of their swimmers jumped into the water before his teammate had hit the wall in a dramatic end to the swimming action.
