FLINT- NOVEMBER 24: The Ecotec engine for the Chevrolet Volt electric vehicle is displayed at the General Motors Flint Engine Operations plant November 24, 2010 in Flint, Michigan. The Flint plant is currently in pilot production phase, building test engines prior to full production.
